With offices in London and Manchester and a network of bailiffs throughout the country we provide a nationwide service to our clients.

The latest technology

Our traditional personal visit by the bailiff approach is backed by the latest technology that includes:

  • Access for clients to view full details of their cases.
  • On-line debtor payment instructions and advice in a variety of languages.
  • Market leading bailiff software from Onestep Solutions.
  • Allocation of cases for bailiff visit by reference to post-code.
  • The use of route planning software and satellite navigation.

Although technology can significantly improve efficiency it cannot replace the bailiff and the most significant feature of our service is our highly trained and experienced bailiff team. We maintain a very high proportion of bailiffs to caseload, ensuring that all cases are dealt with promptly and, that where necessary, numerous visits can be made to maximise the chances of successful recovery.
